Meet Vicky & Damian
Cheshire Dough began with the two of us – Vicky and Damian and a shared love of quality food, village life and vintage vehicles. Having lived in Goostrey for many years, we enjoy the simplicity of rural life and the strong sense of community that comes with it. Like many people locally, we often wished there was somewhere nearby to enjoy a really good takeaway for the occasional treat, something made with care, proper ingredients and real flavour.
Vicky has spent a lifetime working with food and family businesses and has a passion for wholesome cooking and healthy, natural ingredients. Damian has always had a love of great pizza and a fascination with vintage vehicles. Bringing those passions together led to the creation of Cheshire Dough. What started as a small idea has grown into something we truly love, working together, serving our community and sharing great sourdough wood-fired pizza with the villages
around us.

Our Vintage Trailers
Our trailers are a big part of the Cheshire Dough story. We started by converting a 1950s cattle trailer into our unique mobile pizza kitchen, something that perfectly reflects our love of traditional craftsmanship and vintage vehicles. More recently we added a beautiful 1963 Airstream to the Cheshire Dough family. This iconic American trailer brings even more character and style to our events and pop-ups. Both trailers allow us to bring the full wood-fired pizza experience directly to villages, events and private celebrations across Cheshire.
